Cool place with killer burgers. I love the in-house soda fountian. As good as a burger gets in Titusville.

Good burgers, especially for Titusville. Their fries are also very good. Prices are a bit high compared to similar places in Orlando. ***UPDATE** I've been coming here once or twice a month for awhile now and I definitely think this place is starting to slip. The beer is very expensive: nearly $6 for a draft beer in a plastic cup is absolutely insane. At least get some cold glasses and save the plastic cups for the parades. The food quality, as well, appears to be slipping as the last 3 or 4 visits have left me confused. I ordered fries and they gave it to me covered in that yellow liquid cheese you see at gas stations. I am dropping a star for now but, as always, will update if I feel this place is moving forward again.

I've lived in the port/Titusville area for a bit and hadnt heard of Quam's until today. My grandmother and I decided to try it out and let me tell you this place was amazing! The staff was enthusiastuc, the wait was not nearly as long as I was expecting as it was extremely crowded, and the food was absolutely phenomenal. I am a very picky eater and was not looking forward to burgers but I must say I was not disappointed.

Yummy homemade comfort food with a modern twist. Very friendly and attentive staff. The oatmeal raisin cookies taste just like my mama's.

Ate the burger called "The Principal" and I was half way done with it when I realized I didn't even put mustard and ketchup let alone extra pickles cause its sooooooooo damn good by its own! Added some mustard and ketchup after and damn that burger was good. HIGHLY satisfied.

They went to a sit down style which doesn't seem to work as we sat at our table over 10 minutes before our server said hello. Other tables were greeted and had drinks and orders in before the server came by. And the burgers were quite over done, but as long as it took, I didn't want to wait any more to refuse it. Also the burger menu is renamed from the old schoolhouse theme and the schoolhouse theme is gone. It just looks like an old Howard Johnson restaurant....oh wait, it was! Something in the shut down and reopening has lost it's charm and efficiency. I'm not sure I'll give them the second chance.

We are just finishing up our meals and it was great. 5 people 3 apps 2 meal and all that for 40 bucks. Will be going back. Their burgers were delicious. My husband's burger was slightly over seasoned and I mean slightly but it was yummy.

Service was ok, but they are trying to charge our bank twice. Food was ok, nothing to brag about. Heard great things about this place but I guess that was from their other location...was disappointed with our lunch. My hubby felt nauseated for a while after. Will not go back.

Newly re-opened location for dinner. We may have a new favorite restaurant. Full bar! Food was amazing. It's a soft opening menu but definitely worth the visit. Prices reasonable. Larger than the old location, plenty of seating.

The cheesy Titus was juicy and cooked perfectly. The service was fast. We had a full sit down dinner and were still in and out in a little less than an hour. The service is friendly, aware, and fast. The server brought out the little one's dinner as soon as it was done, which was a life saver because she was getting hangry. I will definitely be returning and suggesting it to friends.

First time back since the move. The food was good as well as the price. Our server, Mary Beth was excellent and very pleasant. The only other thing I can say is I wish they had kept the "schoolhouse theme". Overall it was a good experience and I'll definitely go back.

The atmosphere is great, the food is great. You cannot find a chicken burger like theirs anywhere close. The Slider burgers were perfect for the kids.

Food was fantastic when I went into the restaurant... However I downloaded the app to order food for delivery and the app would not work. I figured technical issue no worries, I'll call them on the phone. The phone just rang and rang and eventually just disconnected. The restaurant itself is great, but they need some work on the delivery side of things. I hope the issues will get sorted out and I'll try them again in a few weeks to attempt a delivery order again.

This was a cute little place. I loved the theme and decorations. When you pick up your food they call you by name "Kelly to the principals office" they stick with the school theme. I ordered the principal burger ($6.99) also a OMG Burger ($10.99) all chips come with Chips. Also 1 Lg Tea and a side of onion rings the total came out to $26. I think it was a little too much. The burgers were very greasy, the chips were bland. The onion rings were good but not good enough to make me go back. The parking lot has a handicap spot and about 10 more spots for reg cars. There is free parking on the street right outside. The location is not very big, it was a little crowded for a little bit.

Was pretty disappointed. No drinks due to electricity going out earlier (only water and iced tea). Then my youngest ordered corn dogs...honey all over it. I asked specific questions about the 'terrier'. When it was brought out, very different then explained to me. Asked about the au jus, the waitress needed to ask. After passing our table 7 times, I called her over to see if she found out. "It is being made differently now". I took about 4 bites and threw the rest out. What a waste of $30! Only reason 2 stars, 1 of 2 kids liked the meal, 2/3 of people did not!

We ordered friend green tomatoes, Caesar salad, Bully Burger on gluten free bun and OMG Burger. Everything tasted amazing and serving sizes are generous, justifying the prices. We both took lots of leftovers for later. Also tried their house-made soda as well as the watermelon tea. Both good but watermelon tea is very sweet (not good if you're looking for unsweet tea.) Ambience was lovely, whole schoolhouse the was cute and cozy. Staff super friendly. All in all, fab place with delicious food.

We love this place. It is fun, fresh, and easy on the wallet. There is usually a line but we still get out food in a reasonable time. We love to take friends here and go listen to some music, eat a burger, and drink a beer. We go whenever we are in Titusville. This is a must try.

Mary Beth was our server, she was awesome. The shrimp dinner was 6 shrimp 8.50, it did have a good taste. The burgers were not impressive for 7.50, The come slaw was disgusting The prices done justify the food.

Love this place. I go probably once a week and always get the Retro with the special sauce (so good). Staff is always super nice and the food is always great. One of the best spots to get a burger. Does take a while for the food to come out but it's worth it so I can't complain. Also if you upgrade the chips to fries, you won't be disappointed.

I really enjoy our visits. We have been on several occasions and gotten good service and an excellent burger I can't find anywhere else. The Space Coast Burger is delicious! We'll be back.

After a long day of work, Quam's made it easy to relax. Outstanding food and service. Would 100% recommend to anyone who hasn't been to Quam's

Top 5 best burger I've ever had in my life. Was in town for the weekend and this place came highly recommended. The wait to order was a little long, but the food was well worth it, and the decor inside was very cool. 10/10, try the OMG burger.

The burgers are out of this world. In fact, I would venture to say they're the best I've ever had. The menu "schoolhouse" language is quite endearing. The service is exceptional. The place is kept clean. Highly recommend to anyone who lives in, or visits the Titusville area.

Had lunch there today and the burgers and spiral fries were delicious! The service was great too! We will be going back :)

If you experienced Quams Schoolhouse in Downtown, don't expect the same amazing Quams. It was okay, they had alot to live up to with this new location and it almost seems they rushed to open it without really being ready. The whole experience is different. I enjoyed getting in line, ordering right away, getting my own drinks and leaving when I was done. I must say the server was nice and attentive, but I enjoyed the Old Quams Way. I really hope the best for this Family Owned Business, but i was not impressed. Rated 3 Stars due to lack of flavor in the food, time it took to get food and pay to leave.
